Do I need to install anything or give you access to our systems?
No. Every step uses information you already have: a shift schedule, your last completed yard check, a stopwatch and ten minutes of radio time from two shift leads. Nothing connects to your WMS, TMS or YMS. Aviro360 never sees your data unless you later choose to share it.
Is this just a sales pitch for yard software?
Seven of the eight pages are about your facility and never mention our product. The last page explains what Aviro360 does and offers a 30 minute assessment. We built it that way on purpose. If you do not know what the problem costs, a software conversation is premature.
We already run a YMS. Does this still apply?
It applies most to facilities that already own good systems. A YMS is not wrong, it is blind. It knows what the last person walked outside and typed in. This exercise measures the labor spent doing that walking and typing, which sits outside the YMS entirely.
How long does it honestly take?
About twenty minutes of your time, spread across five steps. Two of the steps need someone else for a few minutes: a radio check on ten trailers, and two questions to the shift leads on duty. The worksheet on page six can be delegated in full.
